How to e-Sign Disclosures with PRMG

Table of contents

As part of your mortgage application, Cursive Lending will send you an email with a secure link to access your initial disclosure package. These disclosures include important information about your loan application and must be reviewed and signed before your loan can continue moving forward.

This process allows you to complete your eConsent and disclosure signing online without printing or mailing documents. Once all required signatures are completed, your signed disclosures are returned electronically so your loan team can continue moving your file forward.

Step-by-Step: How to Sign Disclosures with PRMG

    1. Look for the PRMG Disclosure Email

You will receive an email with a link to access your disclosures.

    The email will come from:

    no-reply@lodasoft.com

Inside the email, click the Review & E-sign button to begin.

Each borrower should use their own email invitation. If there are multiple borrowers on the loan, each person may receive a separate signing link and must complete their own signing process.

    2. Verify Your Identity

After clicking Review & E-sign, a browser window will open and take you to a verification page.

You will be asked to enter the subject property’s 5-digit ZIP code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

After entering the required information, click Submit.

    3. Review the eConsent Document

Next, you will be shown the electronic consent document.

This document explains that you agree to receive and sign disclosures electronically. It also includes instructions for withdrawing electronic consent if you ever choose to do so.

Review the eConsent information carefully before continuing.

    4. Consent to Do Business Electronically

Next, To move forward, select I/we Consent under the section labeled Consent to Do Business Electronically.

    Then click Submit.

Once submitted, you will be taken to DocuSign, where you can begin reviewing and signing your disclosures.

    5. Start the DocuSign Process

Once you reach the DocuSign page, click Continue to begin the eSign process.

If you are not ready to finish right away, you may use Other Actions to choose Finish Later.

Be careful with the Decline to Sign option. If one borrower declines to sign, it may void the signing process for all signers on that disclosure package.

    6. Click Start

    After clicking Continue, select Start.

DocuSign will automatically take you to the first place where your signature or action is required.

    7. Click Sign

When you reach a required signature field, click the Sign button in the highlighted box.

DocuSign will guide you from one required signing field to the next until all required signatures and initials are completed.

    8. Adopt Your Signature

The first time you sign, DocuSign will ask you to adopt your electronic signature.

Review your name and initials, choose your preferred signature style if needed, and click Adopt and Sign to continue.

This adopted signature will be used for the remaining signature fields in the disclosure package.

You can also draw your own signature. Please read our DocuSign guide for more information about signing your docs.

    9. Complete All Required Signatures

Continue following the DocuSign prompts and sign wherever required.

If there are additional initials, checkboxes, or signature fields, DocuSign will guide you to each one.

Take your time reviewing the documents before completing each required action.

    10. Click Finish

When you reach the end of the disclosure package, you will see a yellow Finish button.

Click Finish to fully complete the eSign process.

This final step is important. Your disclosures are not fully completed until you click Finish.

    11. Confirm Completion

After clicking Finish, you should see a green confirmation message, just like on the screenshot above, letting you know that you successfully signed your document.

Once this message appears, the signing process is complete.

    Tips for a Smooth Signing

    • Use the email addressed specifically to you if there are multiple borrowers on the loan.
    • Have the subject property ZIP code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number ready before starting.
    • Use a stable internet connection and a supported browser.
    • Do not click Decline to Sign unless you are certain you do not want to complete the disclosure package, as this may void the signing session for all signers.
    • Review all documents carefully before signing.
    • If something looks incorrect, contact your UnrealFi loan advisor before completing the process.
