1. Open the Initial Disclosures Email
You will receive an email titled similar to:

The email will include a secure link to access your personal Borrower Portal.
Click the link in the email to begin.
2. Verify Your Phone Number
After opening the link, you’ll be taken to an authentication screen.
Review the phone number shown on the screen and confirm that the last four digits match your phone number.
If the phone number is correct, choose whether you would like to receive your authentication code by Text or Call.
3. Enter Your Authentication Code
Once you receive the code by text or phone call, enter it on the verification screen.
This step helps protect your personal and loan information before allowing access to your disclosure package.
4. Set Up Your Account
Next, you’ll be asked to complete the account setup page.
Choose your username and create a password. This login will be used to access your disclosures throughout the loan process, so make sure to save it somewhere secure.
5. Review and Accept Electronic Consent
Before viewing your documents, you’ll need to review the Electronic Consent Agreement.
This agreement allows you to receive and sign disclosures electronically. Review the information, then click Agree to continue.
6. Open Your Documents
Once electronic consent is complete, go to your task list and click Open Documents.
This will open your disclosure package so you can review and begin the signing process.
7. Start Signing
After your documents open, click Next, then Start to begin signing.
The system will guide you to each required signature field. If prompted, adopt your electronic signature, then click each signing button where required.
Once all required documents have been signed, click Finish to complete the process.
