    Additional Notes

    • Search Functionality: Capital One allows you to search and filter your transactions to help locate specific activity.
    • Available Transaction History: Capital One generally provides up to two years of past transaction activity through online banking. If you need older records, check your available bank statements.
    • Statement vs. Transaction History: Bank statements cover specific statement periods and are official records. Transaction history provides a record of individual account activity and can cover a different date range.
    • Alternative Methods: If you have trouble accessing the transaction history you need, contact Capital One customer service for assistance.

Please note: A transaction history download is NOT the same as a bank statement. For more details on the differences and when to use each, please see our article: Understanding Bank Statements vs. Transaction History.
